CLEAR ABOUT
YOUR DATA.

LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026

01 / THE SHORT VERSION

trench mode is a web app. when you connect X, it uses read-only access to retrieve your timeline and build your private token feed. it cannot post, like, repost, send messages or change your profile.

02 / WHAT TRENCH MODE STORES

your connected X identity, encrypted authorization session and fetched timeline posts are stored so your saved feed is available when you return. filters, hidden accounts, your watchlist and preferred terminal are saved locally in your browser.

03 / WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

no wallet connection, seed phrase or private key access. trench mode does not request permission to post, like, repost, send messages or modify your X profile.

04 / THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

trench mode uses X to retrieve your timeline and public token-data services to show market context. links can open services such as DEX, Axiom, GMGN and Padre. those services operate under their own privacy policies.
